BRS legislative party whip KP Vivekananda stated that the Congress government backed down on the 22-A prohibited lands issue because of party pressure. He asserted that the reversal on the 22-A policy happened solely due to the struggles led by BRS.పార్టీ ఒత్తిడి వల్లే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం 22-A నిషేధిత భూముల అంశంపై వెనక్కి తగ్గిందని బీఆర్ఎస్ లెజిస్లేటివ్ పార్టీ విప్ కేపీ వివేకానంద తెలిపారు. బీఆర్ఎస్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరిగిన పోరాటాల వల్లే 22-A విధానం రద్దు జరిగిందని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు.
